Features:
- new: added simple filemanager
(allows to delete images and all links to them)

- this plugin will let you upload und unpack other plugins or update existing plugins.
- other plugins can be deleted, and even the cmsimple scripting calls will be removed.
- Cmsimple scripting calls can be checked, if they exist (for debug).
- unused images can be removed to save discspace
In the current version there's no verification done, if the plugins index and admin files are in the main folder of the archive.
attention: recover mode AND plugin uninstaller will only work with basic cmsimple scripting calls. Advanced calls as they are used to put an plugin to an specific position on page wont be recognized at all at the moment. I'll check back for that soon.
